Eugene Ho

Eugene joined REAPRA in February 2019 as Research Lead for Intellectual-Property Management and Market Analysis. Being a former recipient of the Singapore-MIT Alliance (SMA) Fellowship, Eugene graduated from NUS with a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and Public Health. Trained as a specialist in patents, he has spent over four years with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) as a gazetted patent examiner, where he has examined over hundreds of patent applications ranging from various industries, such as Pharmaceuticals, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Medical technology, Food science and others. With a keen eye for patentable inventions and good understanding of various industries, Eugene is adept in performing patent-related searches for patentability and freedom-to-operate considerations and for IP-related analysis. test
